About Us Pacific Geotechnical is a growing engineering consulting firm that provides a wide variety of geotechnical and geologic engineering services for municipal, commercial and residential development and redevelopment projects, transportation and energy infrastructure improvements, natural resources management and other projects requiring geotechnical expertise. Pacific Geotechnical is a State of Oregon Certified Tier-1 Emerging Small Business (ESB) (Certification # 4663). Our results driven approach enables us to provide quality, value and service to our clients. Some of our technical staff includes: Tim Blackwood, PE, CEG Tim Blackwood has over 14 years of professional geotechnical engineering and engineering geologic experience in Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, California, Alaska, and Montana. Tim is a licensed professional engineer in Oregon, Washington and Hawaii and engineering geologist in Oregon and Washington. Tim is LEED accredited and incorporates sustainable practices into his projects where feasible. |
Greg Landau, PE Greg Landau has over 9 years of professional civil engineering experience in Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, and California. Greg is a licensed professional engineer in Oregon and Washington. His broad range of experience has been in the areas of heavy civil construction, and civil and geotechnical engineering. André Maré, PE, GE André Maré has over 17 years of experience in geotechnical engineering in Oregon, Washington, and California. André is a licensed profesional engineer in Oregon, Washington, and California and a licensed geotechnical engineer in Oregon. His projects range from small private housing developments to large public works projects. John Lawes, RG, CEG John Lawes has over 15 years of geologic and engineering geology experience in the Pacific Northwest. John is a licensed geologist and engineering geologist in Oregon and Washington. His background includes geotechnical investigations, geologic, geotechnical and environmental soil sampling; groundwater resource evaluations, groundwater investigations, construction observation, and field and laboratory testing. |
