Tim Blackwood has over 14 years of professional geotechnical engineering and engineering geologic experience in Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, California, Alaska, and Montana. Tim is a licensed professional engineer in Oregon, Washington and Hawaii and engineering geologist in Oregon and Washington.  Tim is LEED accredited and incorporates sustainable practices into his projects where feasible.  His broad range of experience covers project scales varying from watershed level assessments to individual detailed site investigations.  His projects include evaluation and geotechnical design of municipal facilities, transportation projects, commercial and industrial facilities, energy siting studies and corridors, landslide mapping and mitigation, rockfall  hazard assessment and watershed analyses.
