John Lawes has over 15 years of geologic and engineering geology experience in the Pacific Northwest. John is a licensed geologist and engineering geologist in Oregon and Washington. His background includes geotechnical investigations, geologic, geotechnical and environmental soil sampling; groundwater resource evaluations, groundwater investigations (well drilling, pump and recovery test performance), construction observation (foundations, piles, deep excavations, mass grading and backfill, structural fills and retaining wall backfill), and field and laboratory testing.
